Our Story
A local problem. A simple idea. A different way of doing food delivery.
BihFih was founded by two brothers, Issam and Ayoub, with a simple idea: food delivery should be fast, fair and reliable for everyone.
The story starts in Tetouan, Morocco, where they grew up. Like many cities, food delivery was becoming part of everyday life. But as demand increased, so did the problems behind the scenes.
The idea first came from one of the brothers, Issam, who noticed how people around them were constantly struggling with the same issue: getting food delivered shouldn't be this complicated.
Customers were often faced with a difficult choice. Independent couriers offered flexibility, but availability and pricing could be inconsistent. Finding someone available could sometimes mean calling multiple couriers.
On the other side, large international delivery platforms offered convenience and a wide selection, but their commission-based models could put significant pressure on restaurants.

BihFih started with a conversation about a problem they saw around them every day.
Issam
The idea behind BihFih started with noticing how difficult and unpredictable food delivery could be for people in the local community.
Ayoub
Together, the idea evolved into a platform designed to create a better balance between customers, restaurants and couriers.
We saw a problem
Food delivery was convenient, but it wasn't always fair or simple for everyone involved.
Independent couriers
Independent couriers offered flexibility, but customers could struggle to find someone available when they needed a delivery. Pricing and availability could also vary.
Restaurants under pressure
Commission-based delivery platforms can put pressure on restaurant margins. Restaurants may then need to rethink their prices or absorb additional costs.
That's where BihFih comes in.
We wanted to create a local solution that gives customers a fairer way to order, gives restaurants more value, and creates better opportunities for independent couriers.

Fair delivery fees
Delivery fees are based primarily on distance, with a small service fee where applicable.

Create more opportunities for independent couriers across Tetouan and the surrounding delivery areas.
