A small service fee may apply to certain payment methods, including Cash on Delivery, to help cover handling and operational costs.
How the service fee works
The fee is based on your order total before the service fee itself is added.
A simple fee based on your order total
The base service fee is 7%. For smaller orders, an additional percentage applies. The exact rate depends on the order total in MAD.
Base service fee
The base rate applies to orders above 100 MAD.
How it's calculated
Your service fee is calculated using your order total in MAD before the service fee is added.
Base rate + additional fee
For orders of 65 MAD or below, the final service fee rate is 10%.
An order total of 50 MAD results in a service fee calculated at 10% of 50 MAD.
Base rate + additional fee
For orders above 65 MAD and up to 100 MAD, the final service fee rate is 8%.
An order total of 80 MAD results in a service fee calculated at 8% of 80 MAD.
Base rate only
For orders above 100 MAD, only the base service fee applies.
An order total of 150 MAD results in a service fee calculated at 7% of 150 MAD.
Calculation basis
The percentage is always applied to your order total before the service fee is added.
Minimum fee
Regardless of the percentage calculation, the service fee will never be less than 5 MAD.
If the calculated percentage results in an amount below 5 MAD, the service fee is automatically adjusted to 5 MAD.
Rounding policy
After the percentage is calculated, the service fee is rounded up to the nearest whole MAD.
Always visible before checkout
The service fee is clearly displayed in your cart before you complete your order. You can review the fee and the complete total in MAD before confirming your purchase.
