ℹ️ Service Fee Information

To help cover handling and operational costs, a small service fee is applied to certain payment methods, including Cash on Delivery.

The base percentage fee is 7%.

Depending on your order total (in MAD), the final percentage may slightly increase.

How It’s Calculated

The service fee is calculated based on your order total in MAD before the service fee is added.

Orders of 65 MAD or below

➕ Base 7% + 3%
✅ Final rate: 10%

Example:
If your order total is 50 MAD, the service fee is calculated as 10% of 50 MAD.

Orders above 65 MAD and up to 100 MAD

➕ Base 7% + 1%
✅ Final rate: 8%

Example:
If your order total is 80 MAD, the service fee is calculated as 8% of 80 MAD.

Orders above 100 MAD

✨ Only the base rate applies
✅ Final rate: 7%

Example:
If your order total is 150 MAD, the service fee is calculated as 7% of 150 MAD.

Minimum Fee

Regardless of the percentage result, the service fee will never be less than 5 MAD.

If the calculated amount is lower than 5 MAD, it will automatically be adjusted to 5 MAD.

Rounding Policy

After calculation, the service fee is rounded up to the nearest whole MAD.

Examples:

• 7.12 MAD → 8 MAD

• 7.56 MAD → 8 MAD

• 7.98 MAD → 8 MAD

This ensures the final amount is always rounded upward to the next full MAD for consistency.

Transparency

The service fee is always clearly displayed in your cart before checkout, so you can review the total amount in MAD before confirming your order.
