Account Deletion & Data Request

At BihFih, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data.
If you wish to delete your account or request a copy of your personal data, you can do so easily by following the steps below.


1. Request Account Deletion

If you no longer wish to use BihFih and would like your account permanently deleted:

  • Send an email to privacy@bihfih.food with the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.

  • Please include the following information in your message:

    • Your full name

    • Your registered phone number or email

    • The reason (optional) for your request

Once we receive your email, our privacy team will process your request within 7 business days.
After deletion, all your personal information and order history will be permanently erased from our systems (except data we are legally required to retain for accounting or security reasons).


2. Request a Copy of Your Data

If you want to view or download the personal data associated with your BihFih account:

  • Send an email to privacy@bihfih.food with the subject line: “Data Access Request”.

  • Include your full name and registered phone number or email.

We will verify your identity and send you a secure copy of your personal data within 10 business days.


3. Important Notes

  • For your protection, we may ask for additional verification before processing your request.

  • Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use BihFih again.

  • BihFih does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
