Refund Policy (Stripe Payments)

We want you to feel confident when ordering with us.

If you paid using Stripe, here’s how refunds work:

Refund Options

When a refund is approved, you can choose between two options:

Option 1: Refund as Store Coupon (Full Amount)

You receive a store coupon for the full amount you paid.

  • You get 100% of your payment

  • No deductions

  • Can be used on any future order

  • Instant processing

This is the fastest and most beneficial option.


Option 2: Refund to Original Payment Method

If you prefer to receive the money back to your card, we can process a refund through Stripe.

However:

  • The refunded amount will be the total paid minus Stripe’s transaction fee

  • Stripe does not return the original processing fee to us

  • Therefore, that fee must be deducted from the refunded amount

This means you will receive slightly less than the original payment.


Why Is the Stripe Fee Deducted?

Stripe charges a processing fee for every transaction.
Even when a payment is refunded, Stripe keeps the original processing fee and does not return it to the merchant.

Because of this, the deducted amount covers the non-refundable transaction cost.


Important Notes

  • Refunds are only processed after approval.

  • Refund timing depends on your bank and Stripe processing times.

  • Coupon refunds are issued immediately once approved.

  • Card refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.

If you plan to order again, we strongly recommend choosing the store coupon option, as you receive the full value of your payment.
