How does BihFih calculate delivery fees?

A simple model based on the actual driving distance.

At BihFih, our goal is to ensure fair, transparent and reasonable delivery pricing for our customers.

At the same time, we want to provide fair and sustainable income for our independent couriers who work hard every day to deliver your meals safely and on time.

This delivery pricing policy applies to all restaurants available on the BihFih platform.

How is delivery distance calculated?

We use real driving routes rather than simply measuring a straight line.

Delivery distance is calculated using Google Maps Distance Matrix, which determines an efficient driving route between the restaurant and your delivery location.

Delivery fees by distance

The further the restaurant is from your delivery location, the more the delivery fee reflects the actual driving distance.
