    • At BihFih, our goal is to ensure fair, transparent, and reasonable delivery pricing for our customers, while also providing fair and sustainable income for our independent couriers who work hard every day to deliver your meals safely and on time.

    This policy applies to all restaurants available on the BihFih platform.

    How Delivery Distance Is Calculated

    Delivery distance is calculated using Google Maps Distance Matrix, which determines the best and most efficient route in real time, taking into account:

    • Current traffic conditions

    • Road availability

    • Optimal navigation paths

    This ensures that the distance used to calculate your delivery fee is accurate, fair, and based on real driving conditions, not just straight-line distance.

    Delivery Fees by Distance

    • ✅ Less than 3 km: Flat delivery fee of 10 MAD

    • ✅ 3 km or more: The delivery fee starts with the base flat fee of 10 MAD, and then an additional distance-based charge is added according to the total distance between the restaurant and the customer.

    In other words, for deliveries of 3 km or more:

    Total Delivery Fee = 10 MAD (base) + Distance-based charge from the table below:
